Nene Valley Hybrids Coaching Staff The Hybrids coaching staff are always on the look out for talent to add to and expand the existing set-up. Joint Head Coaches, Steve Booth and Toby Mason act as the Defensive and Offensive Co-ordinators respectively. Assistant Coaches Ian Spafford and Darren Walker handle Special Teams and Gameday organisation. We also have a number of players with many years experience, who also act as leaders and coaches in various aspects of the game.
